崔广彬 %A 李一军 %J 系统工程理论与实践 %D 2007 %I %X In order to optimize logistics system,describe the hierarchy of management section better,and express decision makers' will completely,from the point of integration,a bi-level programming method is proposed to establish the model of the combined location routing and inventory problem(CLRIP) for the twoechelon distribution network in the supply chain based on customers' multi-period inventory control policy with stochastic demands.CLRIP is used to allocate depots from several potential locations,to schedule vehicle routing,and determine customers' order quantities.A new heuristics algorithm is presented to solve the model.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the efficiency of the above models and methods. %K bi-level programming %K depot location %K vehicle routing %K inventory control
