%X The foundation of architecture is the important content of C 3I system engineering. Object-Oriented is the most prospective analysis and design approach for C 3I system architecture. Unified Modeling Language (UML) has been de facto standard for Object-Oriented analysis and design modeling. The Object-Oriented analysis and design approach based on UML for C 3I system architecture is put forward, by which logical architecture described by class diagrams and behavior diagrams can be developed through Object-Oriented analysis, and physical architecture described by component diagrams and deployment diagrams can be developed through Object-Oriented design. It is set forth through C 3I system instance concretely.
