%X This paper first analyzes the various factors, which reflect the operating states of middle schools in China, then, puts forward a new DEA method with an AHP constraint cone by combining characteristics of both DEA and AHP methods. Thirdly it sets up a model to evaluate the relative efficiency of middle schools in China. Finally, a case is employed to evaluate 20 middle schools of a city in China.
