黄宝胜 %J 系统工程理论与实践 %D 2004 %I %X In this paper, we analyze reliability growth data from different stress environments. We adopt the accelerated life equations as the stress model and obtain the confidence of the reliability. The parameters in the model are estimated by the MLE(maximum likelihood estimate).Then, the confidence density of the failure rate can be obtained.
