%X In this paper, we investigate the attribute hierarchical model for unstructured decision making. It is pointed out that the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the attribute hierarchical model (AHM) are two different methods based on weight model and ball game model respectively. It is showed through an example that AHM is simple and efficient.
