%X An industrial competitiveness model is introduced in this paper.The model is not only instrumental in quantifying the overall competitiveness levels of a manufacturing company, but also useful in identifying specific weaknesses and strengths of a given industrial firm.Some special aspects are discussed with the model used in our country and the model is used in identifying the competitiveness of a Chinese firm.
