%X The paper looks the social as N-person game;studies the equilibria choice when the Game has multiple equilibria by differential dynamic system and differential geometry.The conclusion means that if the model of equilibria choice is imposed or dictatorial,there must exist a imposed or dictatorial measurability system.And then,discuss the loss of efficiency and the player's strategic choice in the measurability system.The result means that the conclusion is accordance with Coasian Theorem and the choice of measurability system could influence economical performance.
