%X The stochastic loader problem and the procedure for solutions were proposed in this paper.On the basis of basic ant colony optimization algorithm,the new ant colony optimization algorithm with inner and outer mutation was designed to solve this problem.Two numerical examples were provided to illustrate the efficiency and reliability of this new algorithm.
