%X The information base of complexity systems is described firstly, then puts forward the concept of the similar complex systems. By using similar structure information and matching coefficient, Lyapunov method and fuzzy logic system are applied to design complex systems stable and tracking decentralized and holographic controller, for similar complex systems interconnected two-dimension subsystems. Finally the simulating results of practical example show the approaches validity.
