%X This paper, divided into two parts, studies the relation expression and management of IDSS model and knowledge. Part two studies the relation expression of knowledge and establishes the relation expression and management of IDSS knowledge. This paper discusses the implement of knowledge inference aimed at IDSS intelligence,and puts forward inverse mechanism for "Problem Driving". If this method is combined with the technique of the relation expression and management of IDSS knowledge, we can realize a unified information form, management and problem solving of intelligence for IDSS. In the end of this paper, we give an example of the relation expression of a stocks investment system.
