%X With regard to the reciprocal judgement matrix, the conception of strong preservation for ranking the alternatives is proposed. And the conditions of strong rank reservation for adding new elements in the reciprocal judgement matrix are also given when the complete consistency is considered or the chi-square ranking method is used.
