%X The concepts of incomplete complementary judgement matrix, triangle consistent incomplete complementary judgement matrix, weak consistent incomplete complementary judgement matrix, additive consistent incomplete complementary judgement matrix, multiplicative consistent incomplete complementary judgement matrix and acceptable incomplete complementary judgement matrix, etc., are defined. Some of the properties of incomplete complementary judgement matrix are studied, and a priority method of incomplete complementary judgement matrix is also presented. Finally, an analysis is given to the situation where the judgement information about the alternatives is completely unknown.
