杨耀红 %A 汪应洛 %A 王能民 %J 系统工程理论与实践 %D 2006 %I %X Time,cost and quality are the three main control objects in construction project.The objects are undeterministic because of the undeterministic construction conditions,systematic analysis and fuzzy tradeoff optimization for all objects are very important during engineering management.This paper firstly presents definition of the fuzzy object membership,then presents the fuzzy tradeoff optimization model for time-cost-quality using fuzzy multi-attribute group decision utility function theory.Applying multi-model network planning techniques and self-adaptive genetic algorithms,the most satisfied decision results can be obtained.Finally,a case study is given to verify the effectness of the model and the feasibility of solution method. %K time %K cost %K quality %K fuzzy multi-attribute group decision utility function %K self-adaptive genetic algorithms
