%X SEA method is convenient to analyse of effectiveness in all aspects, this is one of its important features. On the basis of preceding papers, this paper go on to expounds different kinds of factors (such as system structure, environment, system mission) that influence system effectiveness and provides some analytic method and instances. At last, the paper proposes some problems that are not solved in SEA method.
