金菊良 %A 魏一鸣 %A 付强 %A 丁晶 %J 系统工程理论与实践 %D 2002 %I %X In order to deal with the consistency problem of judgement matrix in AHP, a new method, named accelerating genetic algorithm, is presented to compute rank weights and check the consistency of judgement matrix at the same time in this paper. The results of theoretical analysis and case study show that the new method is visual, feasible and effective, that its computational results are both stability and high precision, and that it possesses important theoretical meaning and broad application value in different systems engineering practice. %K analytic hierarchy process %K genetic algorithm %K complex system %K rank
