%X On the basis of the character analysing of the choosing decision for virtual cooperation partners, this thesis proposes the reconstruction mechanism of appraisal model based on compound knowledge of regulation and framework as well as a topological structure of cooperating with appraisal system in internet multi-intelligence, for the purpose of the realization of partner choosing. In the end, the thesis set up a logical structure model of internet decision system for virtual cooperative partner choosing.
