%X The structural elements and the process elements of organizational decision making are analyzed, herefrom the decision support needed by organization is clarified. Then, the characteristics and design considerations of Organizational Decision Support System (ODSS) are discussed. Finally, a framework of ODSS structural design is presented for network organization.
