李乐园 %A 张小宁 %A 张红军 %J 系统工程理论与实践 %D 2006 %I %X In the models of dynamic traffic assignment,it is assumed that travelers cannot reduce their travel cost by unilaterally changing the departure time and route choices.As a traffic bottleneck based dynamic traffic assignment model,the classical Vickrey model states that commuters face the same travel cost(including travel time and schedule delay cost) in choosing different departure time.It has been assumed in the Vickrey model that the capacity of the bottleneck does not vary with clock time,namely the departure curve from the bottleneck is a straight line.In this paper,this deficiency of the Vickrey model is improved by establishing the equilibrium traffic pattern considering time-varying bottleneck capacity. %K user equilibrium %K dynamic capacity %K bottleneck %K traffic assignment
