%X The extension principle carries out the general picture to explain the matter element world. It provides the theorical basis with the matter element transformation. In this paper, the extension principle which is the basic outlook on nature of the extenics is abstracted from philosophical angle, and is expressed in science, the function as follows: researching the philosophical basis of the extension theory;specifing and systematizing the exchange thought of the materialism dialectic.
