%X A fuzzy decision method based on the feedback extension has been proposed to deal with the fuzzy problem in the decision process of power network planning in this paper. Three fuzzy factors, which are the investment cost, the system reliability and the influence to the surroundings, have been considered. The weight of each factor is variable by applying the variable weight method. The IEEE 6 nodes power network has been used as an example. The result shows that this method can be successfully used to resolve the fuzzy problem in the power network planning.
