%X In the view of application, the paper introduces the ANP super decision software, meanwhile use the software to evaluate the construction plan in hydroelectric power project. For rank becomes reversed when calculating AHP model and ANP model with the same data, it proves the priority of the plan has the directly connection with the model whether considering dependence and feedback of elements or not. As a decision method, the ANP theory can be used in practical engineering with the help of the software.
