%X The appropriateness of a project to an investment region can be measurecd through the coordination on the distribution of lay out conditions for the requirement of projects and the possession of the region.The prime principle is that the more coordinate between project and location on lay out conditions is the better. The methods of optimization analysis are discussed for several cases about the combinations of projects and regions.
