%X Building the model of customer demand knowledge is the key of the supplier decision-making for the customer demand-responded. On the basis of the customer value, this paper analyzes characteristics and structures about the customer demand problems, and concludes that the demand objects, the individual ability and the environment of the demand are the main factors that affect the formation of the abvious demand and the obscure demand, and lead to the differences of the perceptive values. Then this paper builds the model of the knowledge that the model of transferring demand situations.
