%X In this paper a simple dynamic Cournot model with different market inverse demand functions and different production costs is established firstly. Then we give a stability analysis of this simple model and introduce a concept of expected output. Making use of this concept, we create a modified model. The results of dynamic simulation show that the modified model is more suitable to the practical economy situation and is a very efficient tool for manufacturers to making output decisions.
