%X According to the challenge that confront enterprises in the global market competition, the mode of agile manufacturing and the management concept of enterprise re engineering are introduced in this paper. This paper points out that employing agile manufacturing is an effective way for enterprises to implement scientific and systematic management, enforce competition competence and adapt to the cruel and changeful global market.
