%X Universities' science research and subject construction make up an open and dissipative system. Synergism and grey system methods are employed in this article to analyze the gray cognate and to build a mathematic model of the universities' science research and subject construction synergy development system, find out the order parameters of the system, and finally presents a proposal to optimize the system.
