%X Based on a three-level competitive supply chain network with multi-commodity flow, we analyze the independent decisions of the manufactures, retailers and demand markets as well as the effect of their interaction, and then each level's equilibrium model and the network equilibrium model are developed by variational inequality. The equilibrium conditions are derived and economic interpretations are given. At last a numerical example is given and solved.
