%X Objective: To discuss the problem that different iterative datum value caused different simulative and predicative result in Grey forecasting model and its resolvent.To research on discrete grey model of non-homogenous index sequence.Methods:Adopt the methods of theoretical proving and graphic analyzing.We compare the different infections caused by three different iterative datum value:starting-point,middle-point and ending-point.We construct several new grey forecasting model and parameter formula.Results:different iterative datum value influence the simulative and predicative results undoubtedly.We construct optimized discrete grey model and unconstrained optimize parameter formula.And we establish the discrete grey model of non-homogenous index sequence.Conclusions:The optimized discrete grey model can solve the problem that different infections caused by different iterative datum value: starting-point and it can substitute GM(1,1) model and discrete grey model to simulate and forecast.Discrete grey model is extended and it can be used in non-homogenous index sequence.
