%X Increase of economic returns is a real demand of the method change of economics development. In this paper, using a method of data envelopment analysis (DEA) we analyzed and evaluated investment economics returns of Shengli Oilfield from 1979 to 1998.We not only studied the cause of formed effect, but also provided reference countermeasure and scientific basis for investment decision and management.
