%X In this paper, the two types of decision tasks in the business process of an enterprise, which are the capital investing and financing in short time, have been discussed. Furthermore, the investment decision model and finance decision model are presented to analyse the related risk. And the feasible investing and financing decision mode is also given by the pratical requirement of one particular enterprise.
