高志伟 %J 系统工程理论与实践 %D 1999 %I %X New doubly coprime fractional representations for a stabilizable and detectable linear time invariant system are given explicitly,and the state space interpretation of the parameterization of proper stabilizing controllers is also illustrated. The doubly coprime fractional representations are based on the nonminimal representation of reduced order observers and all the elements are ensured to be proper. Hence, our results obtained in this paper are more general and more suitable for use with the factorization approach compared with the previous ones. %K the factorization approach %K reduced order observers %K doubly coprime fractional representations
