于瑞峰 %J 系统工程理论与实践 %D 2004 %I %X A new mathematical model is developed for FLP,in which quantitative human factors are incorporated by using the method of REBA. The new model comprehensively reflects the optimization of two sides,material flow and human factors. A genetic algorithm for multi-row facility layout is used to solve the mathematical model,which is also improved by employing new chromosome expression and mutation operator. Other than making the chromosome more reasonable,it also increases the speed of evolution calculation. By using the traditional model of optimizing the material flow and presented one in the paper,the experiment study and the simulation analysis were conducted to a practical problem. The comparative results revealed that the layout made by the new hybrid model can alleviate workload effectively,other than keeping high efficiency. %K facility layout problem(FLP) in workplace %K human factors %K rapid entire body assessment(REBA) %K material flow %K genetic algorithm
