%X There are two kinds of test in AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), namely the consistency check and compatibility check. In this paper, we discuss the problem existing in the current testing index and the limitation of its application. Then we design a universal testing index. By applying this index and the knowledge of statistics to the consistency check and compatibility check, we solve almost all the problem existing in testing index in AHP.The method is much more precise, easier than common method.
