%X Based on the different couple relations between dcparmcnts, this paper establishes the structural models of urban economic system. In accordance with the nonlinear characteristics of the models, a new recursive parameter estimation method is given and studied. Through analysis, a lot of useful conclusions arc obtained for the first time by authors.
