%X Based on the PID neural network control, a decoupling controller for the electric-heated boiler is given in this paper. With a perfect dynamic and static response specifications, it can be applied into a coupling time-delay multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) system to decouple multivariable system or trace the set point value. What's more, it also can self-tune the three parameters of the PID controller on line.
