%X According to the traffic flow features of urban intersections, a multi-phase adaptive control algorithm is given. Multi-layer BP neutral network is used to realize the fuzzy control in road intersection by considering the length of the queue on the contiguous phase lanes. Results of simulation research show that the fuzzy neural controller can not only decrease the average vehicle delay but also have good abilities of learning and generation.
