%X To counter the weakness of the evaluation method in 1] and 2], a new evaluation method for teaching quality is advanced. It is based on the first passage time of Markov chains, we vesting with power (coefficient) in classification and synthetically scoring two times. This method embodies the principle of "emphatically depending on the advance" and put evaluation finer overaller.
