%X This paper discusses the development and research of bidding decision support system for flight control system (FCS) in CIMS. Based on the bidding requirement, the system helps decision\|makers proceed with technical feasibility evaluation, make synthetical appraisal for all plans using venture evaluation method and multiobject fuzzy decision models, and at last, present standard bidding report. In this system, we use object\|oriented technique, and at the same time, integrate related CAD tools, The research can improve the level of technical and economic evaluation for projects, and provide powerful support and reference pattern for future domestic and international bidding.
