%X In this paper a new method of C-L filter Combining forecasts is presented. Through applying the method, and comparing it with the methods of single-model adaptive forecast and another method of time-varying weights combining forecasts, it is concluded that the method is an effective, convenient and less risky method of combining forecasts.
