%X Through analyzing action mission,structure and function of torpedo weapon system,a complete,advanced and credible tactics and technology index system is established for torpedo weapon system. The definition of main index is given. The main factors that influence and decide tactics and technology index of torpedo weapon system are researched. In the last,the structure chart is presented. That is accordance for expressing tactics and technology function and determining index quantity completely.
