%X According to the viewpoint of control,evolution and synergy, a kind of enterprise strategies decision-making model is submitted which can be used for the enterprise improvement applying some new appropriate techniques, such as JIT,TQM,ABCS,BPR and PI. The main steps for implementation the strategies decision-making are stressed,and some specifics and key facts of applying these new techniques are proposed too. It provides useful reference model for enterprises to realize scientific strategic decision-making under different practical situations.
