%X For establishing the knowledge infrastructure of NCW and gaining the knowledge superiority, in this paper, battlespace ontology is used as the knowledge infrastructure of NCW and BOCA is proposed to construct battlespace ontology; then a scenario air situation ontology is constructed by using BOCA to illustrate the procedure of this approach. Finally, the related works are introduced, and the conclusion and our future work are given.
