%X In market economy,enterprises' technical innovation ability has become very important factor of enterprises' continuous development and competition.In this paper,the indexes of affecting enterprises' technical innovation are reduced with rough set theory and main factors are obtained.Then the unascertained measure model is used to get the synthetic judgment.At last,one certain city's enterprises as a specific example are given to get the total level of this city and prove the method's validity.
