杨晓华 %J 系统工程理论与实践 %D 2005 %I %X In order to evaluate urban environmental quality scientifically, a Multiple Objective Decision-Making Ideal Interval Method (MODMIIM) is presented. It is developed through improving a multiple objective decision-making ideal point method. The weights are decided with genetic algorithm and projection pursuit algorithm. The ideal interval is obtained by using assessment standard instead of ideal points. MODMIIM is used to assess the environmental quality of Xuanzhou city with the indexes of water environment, atmospheric environment and noise environment. The results show that the environmental quality is good in Xuanzhou city. Compared with the multiple objective decision-making ideal point method, MODMIIM has the features of good adaptation.
