%X Village distribution optimization DSS(VDO\|DSS) is a special DSS for the village combining and the entirety optimization with the geographic characteristic.This paper reports emphasis on the system integration of DSS and GIS.We can realize the map showing, inquiring and analyzing of the village information based on the link between geographic information base and database as well as model base. So it is more direct and convenient for people's decision. This way is practical and creative.This DSS is not only effective in practice but also promissing in the future development.
