%X In this paper, we discussed the multiple attribute decision problem that has favouritism information for the index. We used least square method as a tool and established the optimization model that determine the weight of index. Meanwhile, we gave the five scale valuation method of determining the index's weight subjectively. Thus we provided an effective decision method for the multiple attribute decision problem.
