陈以增 %A 唐加福 %A 任朝辉 %A 任立义 %J 系统工程理论与实践 %D 2003 %I %X QFD utilizes House of quality( HOQ) to provide a conceptual map for design process, as a construction for understanding customer requirements and establishing priorities of engineering characteristics to satisfy customer wants. In this paper, by introducing the concepts of plan improved level, actual improved level and modified weight of engineering characteristics, optimization models involved with HOQ for the identification of consensus rankings and ratings are presented that take into account the priorities and perceptions of all the customers in a target market. The models can help design team identify optimal engineering characteristic improved levels for the new/improved product that satisfies a budget constraint and matches or exceeds the satisfaction expectations of all customers surveyed in the target market based on the consensus rankings.
