%X Based on the grey theory and fuzzy mathematics, a new algorithm of meta\|synthesis from qualitative to quantitative is proposed. It is integrated of Delphi, AHP, Gray interconnect degree and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluating. In this paper, its constitutional principle and method are given, and its feasibility and effectiveness are showed in the practical example.
