%X By means of economic growth theory and econometrics knowledge, a dynamical model that can describe evolutionary rule of real estate investment system is firstly constructed. Then, based on nonlinear theory and taking computer simulation as tool, the long-term evolutionary behaviour of this real estate investment model is deeply studied, and some conclusions and noted problems about real estate investment are proposed. In the end, the emerging agents of chaotic phenomenon in the real estate investment system are fully analyzed.
