%X We design four appraisal attribute including environment characteristic, the rate of economizing energy sources, the degree of technology maturation, the character of economy, and with the three different situations which are divided into fore-coal burning, mid-coal burning and after-coal burning, it adopts comprehensive assessment method to assess various clean coal technology. Finally, we give the development sequence of the clean coal technology.
